Will Visolv message our clients itself?+
No. Every message goes out under your agency's name, from your WhatsApp line or in your client portal. Visolv never markets to your clients or takes them on.
Do we need WhatsApp to use Visolv?+
No. Without it, clients send papers on your portal link and your staff upload the rest. WhatsApp intake starts when you connect a WhatsApp Business Platform number.
