Your clients' papers are used only to prepare and check their own file.
Papers are deleted 90 days after the visa decision; the decision and the audit trail stay.
An agency sees only its own clients' files; a client sees only their own.
02Where the data is
Files and papers are stored on Visolv's own servers in Bangladesh, and backed up there. To read a paper, its pages go to the AI model provider (Anthropic) over an encrypted connection; that data is not used to train their models. Papers are deleted 90 days after the decision.
Every view, download and edit of a paper is logged. Papers are kept longer only when the agency places a legal hold.
