Does it say a paper is fake?+
Never. It flags what the paper's own record shows, such as “appears to have been produced in Word”, and suggests asking for the original. It flags; it never accuses.
Will it fix or replace a flagged paper?+
No. Visolv never creates, edits or backdates a paper issued by someone else. The client gets the original from whoever issued it.
