Names, dates and money
Cross-checks the file
Names, dates and passport numbers across every paper, balances against income, trip dates against leave. Each finding points at the page it came from.

Does it decide whether a file is good enough?+
No. It shows what disagrees and where. Your caseworker decides, and the visa decision belongs to the embassy alone.
What if a finding is wrong?+
Mark it “It's fine” and add a reason. Every finding points at the page it came from, so a wrong one is easy to see.
