The client portal carries your agency's name, colour, logo and WhatsApp. Clients open your link, send papers by phone camera and approve the cover letter there. We never contact them, market to them or take them on.

Missing papers are asked for in Bangla, one reminder a day while a file waits on the client, and every photo or PDF lands in the right slot of the right file. Moving a file on sends the client one update.

We never create or edit papers issued by others
No bank statement, ticket, hotel booking, tax paper or letter is made, changed or backdated. The caseworker writes only the cover letter, itinerary, funds note and form answers, from the client's papers.
We flag, we never accuse
A paper that looks edited is flagged with what was seen, such as the program that produced it or a modification date after the issue date, so your staff can ask the client about it.
A person approves every file
Your caseworker approves each draft, and the client approves the cover letter before it goes into the pack.
Drafts quote only the papers
Each claim in a cover letter or funds note points to the page it came from, so a wrong one is easy to catch.
Weak cases are said to be weak
When a file cannot be made honest, the caseworker says so plainly instead of dressing it up.

Privacy in short

Does our clients' data stay in Bangladesh?
Files and papers are stored on VisaDone's own servers in Bangladesh, and backed up there. To read a paper, its pages go to the AI model provider (Anthropic) over an encrypted connection; that data is not used to train their models. Papers are deleted 90 days after the decision.
Will VisaDone contact our clients?
Never. Every message goes out under your agency's name, from your WhatsApp line or in your client portal. We do not market to your clients, take them on as ours or sell their data.
Do we keep our own fees?
Yes, all of them. You set and collect your own client fee as you always have; your clients never see our prices. You pay VisaDone only per file, from a prepaid wallet.
Is there a limit on re-checks?
Not for normal work: re-checks, rewritten letters and new packs on a paid file cost nothing more. Under the fair-use rule, a file checked an unusually large number of times pauses its automatic checks until our team looks at it with you and switches them back on. That never adds a charge, and your caseworker can carry on by hand meanwhile. One file is one applicant: another person's passport on a paid file pauses it until that paper comes out or you open them their own file.
Can we cancel?
Any time. There is no contract and no monthly fee: a file costs money only once it has its first full check. Download your packs and letters whenever you like.
What happens if the AI is wrong?
A person approves every file. The AI flags and drafts; your caseworker checks each flag and approves each draft, and the client approves the cover letter before it goes into the pack. Every claim points to the page it came from, so a mistake is easy to see and fix.
Does interview practice promise a visa?
No, and nobody honest can. Interview practice helps your client answer the consular officer clearly, briefly and truthfully from their own papers. Readiness out of 100 measures clarity and consistency with the file, never a chance of a visa. It never writes a script to memorise, and the decision belongs to the officer alone.
