How it works for an agency

Your agency's name, your email and a password. Add your logo, colour, WhatsApp and team any time; staff seats are free.

5 free files
Your first 5 files are free, with everything in them. After that, a prepaid wallet you top up by bKash.
STEP 03
Add a file, send the link
Five details in New file, then the client gets your link on WhatsApp and sends papers from their phone. Walk-ins can be checked while they wait.
STEP 04
Review the traffic lights
Red, amber and green checks with the evidence and a fix button each. One Next step at the top tells your caseworker what to do now.
STEP 05
Approve the drafts
Read the cover letter and form answers against the papers, edit, approve. The client approves the letter in your portal.

Download the pack
The upload pack in VFS order, ready to submit. Record the submission and the decision; the file closes itself.

We never create or edit papers issued by others
No bank statement, ticket, hotel booking, tax paper or letter is made, changed or backdated. The caseworker writes only the cover letter, itinerary, funds note and form answers, from the client's papers.
We flag, we never accuse
A paper that looks edited is flagged with what was seen, such as the program that produced it or a modification date after the issue date, so your staff can ask the client about it.
A person approves every file
Your caseworker approves each draft, and the client approves the cover letter before it goes into the pack.
Drafts quote only the papers
Each claim in a cover letter or funds note points to the page it came from, so a wrong one is easy to catch.
Weak cases are said to be weak
When a file cannot be made honest, the caseworker says so plainly instead of dressing it up.
