01What Visolv is
Visolv is software for visa agencies. It is not a government site, an embassy, a visa centre or a legal adviser, and it does not process or submit visas.
Your agency submits each application, online or at the visa centre. The decision belongs to the visa authority alone.
You pay per file from a prepaid wallet, when the upload pack is built. Your first 5 files are free.
02Fees
Prepaid wallet: a file is billed once, at its first full check, when the passport and bank statement are in or when you press Check now. Collecting papers is free.
One file is one applicant, with re-checks, letters and the pack included. You set and collect your own client fee; your clients never see our prices.
Fair use: if one file is checked an unusually large number of times, its automatic checks pause and we look at it with you. It never adds a charge.
The government visa fee is paid by your client to the embassy or visa centre, never through Visolv.
No contract and no monthly fee. Top up by bKash; ৳10,000 or more gets +10% bonus credit, ৳25,000 or more +20%. Stop when you like.
Interview practice is one pass per client file, valid until 7 days after the interview date; your agency's first pass is free. You set and collect your own client price for it (we suggest ৳1,000–1,500) and keep the margin.
