- Prepaid wallet: a file is billed once, at its first full check, when the passport and bank statement are in or when you press Check now. Collecting papers is free.
- One file is one applicant, with re-checks, letters and the pack included. You set and collect your own client fee; your clients never see our prices.
- Fair use: if one file is checked an unusually large number of times, its automatic checks pause and we look at it with you. It never adds a charge.
- The government visa fee is paid by your client to the embassy or visa centre, never through Visolv.
- No contract and no monthly fee. Top up by bKash; ৳10,000 or more gets +10% bonus credit, ৳25,000 or more +20%. Stop when you like.
- Interview practice is one pass per client file, valid until 7 days after the interview date; your agency's first pass is free. You set and collect your own client price for it (we suggest ৳1,000–1,500) and keep the margin.
