A Saudi visa check online now runs through two Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) sites: the long-standing visa platform at visa.mofa.gov.sa and the new KSA Visa platform at ksavisa.sa, which MOFA's own banner says has launched as the new version. Both need your passport number plus a second number, and both are free. This guide shows each check, translates every result into plain words and explains why the Enjaz checker many Bangladeshi workers remember no longer works.
Where is the official Saudi visa check now?
Use the KSA Visa track application page first. It asks for your application or visa number and your passport number, and returns the status, the visa details and, for work visas, the medical certificate result. MOFA's older platform keeps two useful pages: an inquiry box on the visa platform home page and the Print Visa page, which is what people mean by a mofa.gov.sa visa check by passport number.
KSA Visa describes itself as an official website of the Government of Saudi Arabia, developed and maintained by MOFA, and carries a How to Verify link to its registration with the Digital Government Authority. Check that link before typing anything into a site that claims to be Saudi.
How to use the KSA Visa application tracker

Enter the application or visa number
The first box takes either number. The visa number is on the visa copy your employer or sponsor sends; the application number is on the request they filed.

Enter your passport number
The second box is labelled National Id/Passport Number. As the applicant, you type your passport number; a sponsor in Saudi Arabia can use their national ID, iqama or commercial registration number instead.

Solve the captcha
Type the code and press Track my application. If the code will not read, use the refresh button beside it.

Read the result and details
The result gives the status. Press View Full Details to see the visa number, reference number, visa print date, sponsor and medical certificate status.

View or resend the visa
For an approved visa, View opens the visa and Resend by Email sends it to the email on the application. Save a copy for travel.
What does each KSA Visa result mean?
These are the words the KSA Visa tracker uses, taken from the platform's own interface text on 29 October 2026. The medical rows matter most for Bangladeshi workers, because a work visa cannot move on until the health examination is passed.

The MOFA inquiry and Print Visa pages
On the visa platform home page, the inquiry box called Inquiry for applied requests has three search types. Each one pairs a number with an ID, and the wrong pairing is the commonest reason for an empty result.
- Application Number: the application number with the sponsor's ID number.
- Visa Document Number: the visa number with the sponsor's ID number.
- Visa Application Number: the application number with your passport number. This is the one an applicant in Bangladesh can usually complete alone.
The Print Visa page works differently. You pick a First Value and a Second Value from visa number, passport number, application number, Hajj ministry reference number and first name, choose your nationality and solve the captcha. Visa number plus passport number, with Bangladesh as nationality, is the pair that works for most workers and visitors. Leave the device type on its default unless you are using a barcode or passport reader.
What happened to Enjaz?
Enjaz was the system recruiting agencies and applicants used for years to file Saudi visa applications and check them. When we checked on 29 October 2026, the old address enjazit.com.sa did not resolve at all, so guides and videos that tell you to search Enjaz are out of date. The inquiry and printing services now sit on MOFA's visa platform and on KSA Visa. Any site still calling itself Enjaz and asking for payment is not MOFA.
Work visas: Musaned, Qiwa and your employer
A Saudi work visa starts with the employer, not with you. Households hiring a domestic worker or driver issue the visa through the Musaned platform, which they open with their Absher login. Companies handle work permits and visas through Qiwa, the business platform of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. As a worker in Bangladesh you cannot sign in to either, so the first status you can check yourself is the visa on KSA Visa or MOFA once the employer shares the visa number.
- Ask the recruiting agency for the visa number in writing, with the sponsor's name.
- Search it on KSA Visa with your passport number and confirm that the sponsor name matches your contract.
- Check the medical certificate status there too, since a Not Passed result stops the process.
- Remember that Bangladeshi workers also need emigration clearance from BMET before departure.
Recruiting agencies juggling dozens of Saudi files need every visa number, medical result and sponsor name in one place. Agencies that prepare files properly use software like Visolv to track every client's file and send status updates through the agency's own client portal and WhatsApp. It does not check KSA Visa or MOFA on its own; a caseworker reads the official result and records it, so the worker sees the same status MOFA shows.
Why the Saudi check returns nothing
- The wrong search type: an application number entered where the form expects a visa number, or the sponsor's ID where it wants your passport.
- One value on Print Visa: it needs two values from the list plus your nationality.
- Too early: the employer has not issued the visa in Musaned or Qiwa yet.
- A renewed passport: the visa is tied to the passport number the employer used.
- The page opened in Arabic: switch to English with the language button rather than guessing at field names.
- Typing slips: an O for a zero, or spaces in the number.
Fake MOFA and Enjaz sites
Search results for Saudi visa checks are full of pages that copy MOFA's colours or keep the Enjaz name alive. The official pages are on mofa.gov.sa and ksavisa.sa, and nothing about a status check costs money.
- A Facebook or WhatsApp seller who checks your Saudi visa and sends a screenshot is not MOFA.
- No status check asks for an OTP, a bKash or Nagad PIN, or a photo of your passport.
- A visa sent as a picture is not proof until the same visa appears on KSA Visa for your passport number.

What does Medical Certificate Status Not Passed mean?
On the KSA Visa tracker, Not Passed means your medical certificate has been rejected, which stops a work visa from going ahead. Contact the medical centre that examined you and your recruiting agency to understand the result and whether a retest is allowed. Do not pay anyone who offers to change the result, because that is fraud.
Why can't I see my Saudi work visa when my employer says it is issued?
You may be searching with the wrong pairing, such as an application number in the visa number box, or the employer may have used a different passport number. Ask the recruiting agency for the visa number in writing, then search it on KSA Visa with your passport number. Work visas issued through Musaned or Qiwa appear once MOFA has the visa.
Can I print my Saudi visa online?
Yes. On the KSA Visa tracker, an approved result offers View Visa and Resend by Email.
